Strategy & Development of a New Retail Bank

One of our consultants led the team that formulated the strategy to develop a retail/commercial bank in the Middle East. He was then responsible for the team that implemented a fully functional bank within 6 months.

He had specific responsibility for development of the fast track strategy formulation and operational implementation methodology employed, all business design elements (IT, processes, procedures, organisation design, training and development), third party management and client management throughout the assignment.
